These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at joinindexed.com (the "Site") and all services, products, and content offered by Braveheart L.L.C-FZ, trading as Indexed ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

Indexed is a trading name of Braveheart L.L.C-FZ, a free zone limited liability company registered in the United Arab Emirates. Our registered address is 6th Floor, Meydan Grandstand, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

We provide search engine optimisation (SEO), content production, web design, web development, and related digital marketing services to businesses worldwide.

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of yourself or the organisation you represent. By using our Site or services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are set out in a separate Statement of Work, Proposal, or Service Agreement executed between you and Braveheart L.L.C-FZ. These Terms apply in addition to, and are incorporated by reference into, any such agreement.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice to active clients.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property ofBraveheart L.L.C-FZ or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

Upon full payment of all fees due under a service agreement, we assign to you all intellectual property rights in the deliverables specifically created for you, except for any pre-existing materials, third-party components, or proprietary tools and frameworks that we retain ownership of and license to you on a non-exclusive basis.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information, materials, and approvals reasonably required for us to deliver our services. Delays caused by your failure to provide required inputs may affect delivery timelines, for which we bear no liability.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content, data, or materials you provide to us do not infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any third party.

Fees are as set out in the applicable service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due within 14 days of the invoice date. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts and to charge interest on late payments at a rate of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. You are responsible for any value-added tax, withholding tax, or similar charges imposed by your jurisdiction.

Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed by the other party in connection with the services ("Confidential Information"), and not to disclose it to any third party without prior written consent, except as required by law or to professional advisers bound by equivalent confidentiality obligations.

The Site and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. SEO and digital marketing results are inherently variable and depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes. We make no guarantee of specific rankings, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Braveheart L.L.C-FZ and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms or any service agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Braveheart L.L.C-FZ and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site or services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. We have no control over the content or practices of those sites and accept no responsibility for them. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) free zone, United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
