One submission via the change form = one change. Examples: updating hours, swapping a photo, editing a service description, adding a testimonial. A redesign, a new page, or new functionality is quoted separately.

No. You fill in a form, we do the rest. You'll never need to log into anything, edit anything, or learn anything technical.

You get 2 rounds of revisions during the trial. If you're still not happy after that, cancel during the trial — there's no charge.

No, by design. You don't manage the website — we do. You submit changes, we make them in 48 hours. That's the whole point.

Most clients never use all 5. If you regularly need more, additional changes are $25 each, or upgrade to our 15-change tier for $149/mo.

Not in the standard plan. We can integrate Calendly, Square, or similar tools as a $49/mo add-on if you need bookings.

Site live within 48 hours of completing the form, every time. Change requests turned around within 2 business days, every time. If we miss it, your change is on us.

30 days' notice, then your site goes offline. We transfer your domain into your name (you keep it). Like Netflix or a gym — when you stop paying, the service stops.

I started Indexed because I was tired of seeing the same thing happen, again and again. A friend who runs a cleaning company. A neighbour who teaches yoga. A guy I met at a barbecue who fixes boilers. All brilliant at what they do — and all without a website, because every path to getting one felt like a trap.
